Hi, I’m Darius and I’m a happy, energetic pup ready to show you my zest for life. Upon first meeting, I am shy and a bit scared, but spend a day with me (like my foster sleepover mom did) and I will blossom and show you my fun-loving self. I recently spent 3 days at a foster sleepover and boy was it fun! I got to run around in a fenced yard, entertained myself with toys. I never had an accident in the house and had my own room to hang out in when my foster mom left. I slept in a crate all through the night. I am working on my manners, as I can get a bit excited at times, however I’m a quick learner. I already know “sit”, ‘paw” and “down”. My ideal home would be one where I can get exercise and playtime. When I tire, I will come lay in your lap. I’ve heard the saying, “Good things come to those who wait”, and if you give me a few days to settle in with you and time to learn your routine, I will be your loyal friend!
